There have been some big changes in the office lately. I’d like to officially welcome the new members of our team. Diana Ha, PA-C comes to us after completing her training as a Physician Assistant at Samuel Merritt University. She brings a warm, wonderful presence to the office and we are excited to have her. I would also like to welcome Angela Luu as one of our Medical Assistants. She graduated from UC San Diego and has her sights set on medical school some day.
And on the other end I wish a fond farewell to some of our longest-tenured staff (family!) members. Broheen Elias, PA-C, who has been a part of this team for 12 years, and Vanessa Martinez, who has been with us off and on for the same amount of time, have moved on to their next exciting chapters in life. We are so incredibly grateful for their service and the joy they added to our work days. Our Medical Assistants Whitney Vuong and Isabelle Shapiro have likewise moved on. Whitney will be working in a research lab in a prestigious medical school in southern California, and Isabelle will be starting PA school in the fall. Congratulations to both of them! We will miss all of them dearly.
